Is Sabra Cawby Wellness prescribing my medication?
No. Sabra Cawby Wellness is not a medical practice and does not prescribe medications or make medical treatment decisions. Sabra Cawby Wellness has partnered with Altro Health to give clients access to licensed clinicians who independently evaluate each client and determine whether a medication or therapy is clinically appropriate. Sabra Cawby Wellness provides nutrition, exercise, wellness education, accountability, and lifestyle support alongside your medical care.Â
What happens next? What is the process?
My clients will soon be signing up through your own branded storefront on our website, complete a medical intake, and order labs, prescriptions, or peptides. A licensed clinician reviews each request and prescribes when appropriate. A vetted and sourced 503Â A and B pharmacy ships directly to our clients. Sabra Cawby Wellness stays at the center of the relationship, and our clinical partner handles everything behind it.
Why the fee structure? What is Sabra Cawby Wellness’s role within the fee structure?Â
Sabra Cawby Wellness is providing vetted and trusted access, care navigation and holistic support to our clients. You may find a cheaper alternative, but you will not have access to a coaching ecosystem. As a health coach and wellness practitioner, the support I provide my clients across education, nutrition, exercise, side effects, appropriate protocols, and mindfulness help support their wellbeing. I believe that the foundation should come first, so that any prescriptions or peptides can help enhance that foundation. This is done through email support and other hybrid approaches from my app to coaching services.Â
Am I guaranteed to receive the medication or therapy I request?
No. Completing an intake or purchasing access to the program does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed clinician will review your medical information and determine whether the requested treatment is appropriate for you. They may recommend a different option or determine that treatment is not appropriate based on your individual health history.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or quality. When a compounded medication is prescribed, it is prescribed by a licensed clinician when clinically appropriate and fulfilled through an appropriately licensed compounding pharmacy or registered outsourcing facility used by the clinical partner.
Who provides the medical care?
Medical care is provided through Altro Health's network of licensed clinicians. Altro's clinical network includes clinicians with training and credentials across obesity medicine, hormone therapy, peptide and functional medicine. Your medical evaluation, treatment recommendations, and prescriptions are handled independently by the licensed clinical team, not by Sabra Cawby Wellness.
What if I have a medical question or experience a side effect?
Questions about your prescription, dosage, medication changes, medical symptoms, or side effects should be directed to the licensed clinical team responsible for your treatment. Sabra Cawby Wellness can support you with nutrition, exercise, lifestyle habits, education, and accountability, but does not provide medical advice or make changes to your prescribed treatment.

What is the process once we go to the partner storefront?
- Client signs up for medication desired.
- Client fills out a medical intake as part of ordering a product or lab.
- If they ordered a lab, it is processed through Quest or LabCorp.
- If they ordered a product, licensed clinician reviews the intake and prescribes when clinically appropriate. Most prescriptions are handled asynchronously; a few require a call.Â
- A 503A or 503B certified pharmacy ships the medication directly to the client.
- The client pays medical partner at the price set in the Sabra Cawby Wellness partner portal. Fees are for medications, shipping, clinical overview and also Sabra Cawby Wellness liason support.Â
How are my medical records protected and can Sabra Cawby Wellness coaches access my files?Â
Records such as labs, prescriptions, and provider notes belong to the partnered licensed medical group that provides care and are governed by HIPAA. Clients can request their own records at any time to support a handoff elsewhere. As a partner, Sabra Cawby Wellness wouldn't export these records; that's a client-initiated process under HIPAA.Â
Your clinical records, including labs, prescriptions, and provider notes, are maintained by the licensed medical providers responsible for your care and handled according to their privacy practices and applicable law. Any information shared with Sabra Cawby Wellness for coaching or educational support will be limited to information you authorize or otherwise make available through the program.

100% of our partner team is based in the US, including licensed clinicians, technical team and support. All the compounding pharmacies we work with at 503A and 503B pharmacies based in the US. We have team members nationwide and their headquarters are based in New York City.
