MY STORY

I've Been Where You Are.

"I was doing everything 'right' β€” and my body was falling apart."Β 

Growing up, I was an athlete. I was active, competitive, and felt strong in my body. But after getting married, my approach to health shifted β€” and not in the right direction. I started running more and eating less, chasing the leanest version of myself I could find. What I didn't know then was the damage I was doing.

The relentless calorie restriction and over-exercising caused me to lose my menstrual cycle entirely. Then came the heartbreak I wouldn't wish on anyone β€” infertility and miscarriage. My body was sending me a clear signal that it was not okay, and I wasn't listening.

By the grace of God, I now have four beautiful boys. But even after becoming a mom, the struggle didn't stop. Postpartum weight loss didn't come easily every time. Each pregnancy was different, and with some, I found myself stuck β€” exhausted, frustrated, and confused about why my body wasn't responding the way I expected.
